I am about to launch a train the trainer program for a corporate client of IMD. This will involve training internal executives about how to coach internal participants through an 8-week program. It also involved considerable evolution of an existing program to reduce the coaching commitment and streamline the coaching process.
The first stage will be to immerse the coaches fully into the participants’ experience, then the training elements to be a coach and then facilitating them as they coach their first cohort. It is exciting to be involved in such a program!
