Over the next couple of months, I will be involved in a research project to track the learning objectives for my Marketing Management participants who took this IMD’s Global Leadership in the Cloud programme.
In the first week of the programme, these e-learners, online learners, digital learners (the language is still yet to be refined) had to outline their learning objectives using the Â SMART formula. In week 4 they had a review and then again in the final week – week 8 – of the programme, were asked to track their progress. Weekly learning journals supplemented these milestones, as did a final survey.
The next phase of the research project, I will be interviewing participants on how they are using the learning from the programme and further tracking their progress through Action Plans. Results to come… !
